GUEST ROOMS
BOOKING POLICY: We require a 50% deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. Full payment is required at least 14 days before your first night's stay or at the time of booking your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us on 214-460-0978. We require notice at least 14 days before the first night of your reservations for return of your deposit only, if any. Please leave your name, the name of each room, and the dates of specific nights for each room you wish to cancel.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY POLICY: LIMIT OF LIABILITY FORM. Please review at the time you make your reservation. Upon your arrival at check-in, all adult guests must agree to sign this waiver to be checked in. If not signed, we will be unable to honor your reservation.
CHILD AND HORSE POLICY: Children are welcome. Parental supervision is expected. Horses are also welcome. We have stalls for two horses.
SMOKING AND PET POLICY: No smoking. Please leave pets at home with a friend you trust.
