The Texas Living Room is located downstairs and looks out on the veranda, gardens, shady lawn, pastures, and trails to the forest and creek. It has a private entrance and access outside to the veranda, swing seat, and fire pit as well. Seasoned cedar and oak wood is available for the firepit.


Guests can enjoy our flat screen TV with satellite programming, DVR, VCR (you remember those), and a variety of movies in both DVD and VHS formats. It is a great place to enjoy board games, cards, with lots of room for relaxing with friends and family.



In addition to the Texas Living Room, guests downstairs have two guest rooms in the Soldier Room with a private patio and the Harvest Room with the veranda with climbing roses. The Texas Kitchen, the Texas Dining Room, a washer/dryer, a full large bath off the hall with tub and walk-in shower are also available to guests downstairs..
